Meet The AMS Team

Asset Management Solutions (AMS) began in 2003. John Sedberry and Scott Throckmorton, both natives of Albuquerque and 20+ year commercial real estate veterans, wanted a management company that would care for their personal investments as if they were their own…a company that was interested in taking care of the people first and taking pride in the way our properties are represented. AMS started small with its own portfolio. Later, clients of Sedberry and Argus began asking if AMS would be interested in managing their properties. AMS slowly began growing from just a few shopping centers and office buildings to where it is today.

Today, Norm Ullemeyer, a 30 Veteran in the business, 12 years with AMS, oversees the daily operations and the visions of AMS.

AMS manages over 1,000,000 square feet of Office, Retail and Industrial properties. We have our own engineering services team that takes care of daily and preventive maintenance, oversees renovations, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and tenant construction. Our accounting is cloud based and we currently utilize Yardi for a majority of our assets.
